Role Overview

We are seeking a Systems / IT Administrator with strong expertise in networking, Microsoft technologies, and cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cloud environments, on-premises servers, and virtualization platforms while ensuring the seamless administration of enterprise systems. This role requires hands-on experience in network design, documentation, troubleshooting, and the administration of Microsoft, and multi-OS environments.

Key Responsibilities
    • Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure, including L2/L3 switches, subnetting, IP address management, and overall organizational network architecture. (Important)
    • Document Network architecture, policies, and troubleshooting procedures to support compliance and knowledge sharing.
    • Administer and manage the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Azure, Entra, Intune, Exchange, Teams, and related security services. (Important)
    • Manage and administer Microsoft on-premises servers (2019/2022/2025), with a focus on DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and Group Policy management.
    • Support and maintain Microsoft client operating systems (Windows 10/11) and end-user device management.
    • Implement and manage virtualization technologies such as Microsoft Hyper-V, VMware, or vSphere in mid-sized environments.
    • Provide operational support and configuration management for Azure cloud environments, ensuring adherence to best practices for security, scalability, and cost optimization.
    • Support additional operating systems, including macOS and Linux/Ubuntu, ensuring compatibility and operational efficiency.
    • Proactively monitor systems, resolve incidents, and ensure business continuity.
    • Collaborate with IT and security teams to enhance infrastructure resilience and optimize IT resources.
Required Skills & Experience
    • Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including L2/L3 switching, subnetting, IP addressing, and network design.
    • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Server Administration (2019/2022/2025), including DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft client operating systems (Windows 10/11) and enterprise IT support.
    • Proven experience in Microsoft 365 administration, including Intune, Entra, Exchange, and Teams.
    • Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V and VMware/vSphere.
    • Strong understanding of AWS and Azure cloud environments.
    • Experience with macOS and Linux/Ubuntu administration is an added advantage.
    • Excellent documentation, troubleshooting, and communication skills. (Very Important)
Preferred Skills
    • Relevant certifications such as AZ-900, SC-300, MD-102, MS-102, MCSA, or MCSE.
    • Experience working within hybrid infrastructure environments.
    • Familiarity with IT security best practices.
