CREO Toolkit Developer

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced CREO Toolkit Developer with strong hands-on experience in Creo Parametric, Windchill PLM, advanced Creo modeling, and Creo Toolkit (C++). The resource will develop CAD automation solutions, model-processing applications, and integrations to improve engineering productivity and support specialized ship-design workflows.

Key Responsibilities
    • Develop and maintain Creo Parametric automation applications and plugins using Creo Toolkit (C++), J-Link, and VB/VB.NET.
    • Work with Creo and Windchill (PLM) for CAD data management and engineering workflows.
    • Develop solutions using advanced Creo capabilities including Pro/PROGRAM, Pro/NOTEBOOK, Skeleton Modeling, Style/Surface Design, and Framework Module.
    • Support and develop ship design and complex engineering models in Creo.
    • Develop CAD automation applications such as model clipping, model validation, BOM extraction, drawing generation, and CAD data processing.
    • Develop functionality to export Creo models to formats such as GLB and SHP.
    • Develop functionality to import non-standard engineering formats such as GHS, SHP, and XML into Creo using Creo Toolkit (C++).
    • Customize Creo configurations, mapkeys, UI components, and engineering workflows.
    • Integrate Creo with Windchill and other enterprise/engineering systems.
    • Troubleshoot, debug, optimize, and enhance Creo Toolkit applications for performance, stability, and reliability.
    • Collaborate with engineering teams to understand requirements and identify opportunities for CAD automation.
    • Perform testing, defect resolution, technical documentation, and knowledge transfer for developed solutions.
Required Skills & Experience

    • Strong hands-on experience with Creo Parametric and Creo Toolkit (C++).
    • Experience working with Windchill PLM and Creo–PLM workflows.
    • Experience with Pro/PROGRAM, Pro/NOTEBOOK, Skeleton Modeling, Style/Surface Design, and Framework Module.
    • Proven experience in ship design or complex mechanical/CAD modeling.
    • Experience developing Creo Toolkit applications for CAD model manipulation and automation.
    • Experience with CAD model clipping and format conversion/export, including GLB and SHP.
    • Experience importing GHS, SHP, XML, or other non-standard formats into Creo using Toolkit.
    • Good knowledge of CAD data structures, engineering workflows, APIs, and automation.
    • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
