Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Infor LN Developer with strong technical expertise in development, customization, and integration of Infor LN ERP systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in migration from Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 to Infor LN, supporting data migration, customization, and system integration.
Key Responsibilities
·Develop and customize solutions in Infor LN (Tools, 4GL, DAL, Extensions)
- Support AX 2009 to Infor LN migration activities, including development and data handling
- Work on data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
- Translate functional specifications into technical designs and code
- Develop and maintain interfaces, APIs, and integrations (Infor ION, web services)
- Support module enhancements and bug fixes
- Participate in data migration, validation, and reconciliation
- Assist in system testing, UAT, and deployment activities
- Collaborate with functional consultants and architects
- Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and documentation

Functional Understanding
·Basic to good understanding of:

- Ability to work with functional teams for requirement understanding
Technical Expertise
·Strong hands-on experience in:
oInfor LN Tools / 4GL / DAL scripting
oExtensions and customizations
oInfor ION, APIs, Web Services
- Database: Oracle / SQL Server
- Knowledge of report development and forms customization
Migration Expertise (AX 2009 Infor LN)
·Hands-on experience in AX 2009 to Infor LN migration projects
oData extraction from AX 2009
oData transformation and mapping to Infor LN schema
oETL processes and migration scripts development
oCustomization migration / redevelopment
oData validation, reconciliation, and issue fixing post-migration
- Understanding of AX 2009 data structures and modules
Integration Skills
·Develop and support integrations using:
oInfor ION
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Middleware tools
- Experience integrating LN with legacy or third-party systems
Preferred Qualifications
·Prior experience in Infor LN implementation or upgrade projects
- Exposure to cloud environments (AWS / Azure / Infor OS)
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution domain
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics AX (2009/2012)
